Teacher of Maths
Hours: Full Time (also open to Part Time)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Teachers Mainscale to UPS

The Chase is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to teach Mathematics throughout KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5 as the department continues to grow.
You will be joining a very successful and supportive department, KS4 and KS5 examination results are above national expectations in terms of both progress and attainment. The ability to teach post-16 would be an advantage as the subject continues to be a popular choice at KS5 with A-Level Maths, Further Maths and Core Maths being studied.

Pastoral Year Leader
Hours: Full Time 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: SO2 26-28 - Actual Salary: £32,860 - £34,510 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity at The Chase for a suitably qualified individual to contribute to the busy life of our Pastoral system as Pastoral Year Leader. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team of Year Leaders supported by other experienced members of staff.
You will be responsible for leading aspects of the Pastoral care of approximately 241 students in one of the school’s year groups within this comprehensive school situated at the heart of its community in Malvern. This role involves supporting students, setting expectations for behaviour, attendance and appearance, identifying barriers of learning and provide them with strategies and to celebrate students’ achievements. You will also be working within the school's safeguarding team, including deputising for the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
